Kiss the Ground is a film about how farmers are taking action for cleaner water, healthier soil, a more sustainable agricultural system. The movie also shows how these farm conservation practices can help us address the current ongoing climate crisis. in the United States.

After the film, you’ll have a chance to hear from local farmers about what they’re doing to address conservation and climate crisis issues locally, and how city residents can help get more conservation on the landscape.

Save the date for Northfield’s Earth Day, April 24, 2021 (with a rain date of May 1st.) 

There will be morning outdoor workshops from 9:00 am-12:00 noon and an afternoon outdoor Earth Fair from 1:00-4:00 pm with Cannon Valley Farmers Market, sustainable exhibitors, kids activities, food trucks, and more.
